准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术后视网膜脱离分析

目的 探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)后视网膜脱离的临床特征及治疗。方法 回顾性分析了我院收治的LASIK术后视网膜脱离17例，观察其临床特点及手术治疗方式及效果。结果 17例中圆形裂孔13例(76．47％)，17例中16例行单纯巩膜外加压或联合环扎术，一次手术视网膜解剖复位16例(94．12％)。术后视力较术前提高者13例(76．47％)，矫正视力≥0．4者7例(41．18％)。结论 LASIK术后视网膜脱离巩膜扣带术手术成功率高，手术难度不大。但术后可再次造成近视，因此预防LASIK术后视网膜脱离至关重要。

Clinical analysis of retinal detachment in myopic eyes after laser in situ keratomileusis

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and therapy of retinal detachment in myopic eyes after laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK).Methods We retrospectively studied the retinal detachment in 17 cases undergoing LASIK for the correction of myopia, observed the clinical characteristics, surgical methods and effects.Results Retinal detachment with atrophic holes occurred in 13(76.47%) of 17 cases.16 cases of 17 were done with simple episcleral buckling or combined with scleral encircling. In 16 cases (94.12%) the retinal was anatomical reattached successfully at the first retinal detachment surgery. Visual acuities were improved in 13 cases (76.47%) after surgery, and 7 cases (41.17%) reached best-corrected visual acuity better than 0.4.Conclusion Conventional scleral buckling surgery was successful in most cases of retinal detachment in myopic eyes after LASIK, and it was not too difficult to execute. However rebacking to myopia was observed after the surgery. So it's very important to prevent the retinal detachment in myopic eyes after LASIK.
