3DTOF-MRA颈椎动脉成像的临床价值与不足

摘    要:目的:探讨时间飞跃法(3D-TOF)磁共振颈部椎动脉成像(MRA)临床价值及不足。方法:20例临床诊断为椎动脉供血不足患者并行颈部MRA.13例无临床症状作对照组。应用Tof_fi3d_tra序列(TR/TE:27/7.2ms),激励次数为1,所有病例均行MIP和3D成像,辅以颈椎常规矢状成像。结果:23例椎动脉管径大于3mm;椎动脉狭窄9例,阳性率45%;椎动脉中重度扭曲9例。结论:3D-TOFMRA可多方位立体显示颈椎动脉的形态、走形及与斑块的关系,经MIP、3D等处理后,可获得更多的影像诊断信息,3D-TOFMRA可作为其他血管影像检查的重要补充。

Defection and Applications of 3D tof-MRA Vertebral Artety Angiography
Abstract:Objective To evaluate the application and defect of three dimensional time of flight (3D-TOF)MR vertebral artety angiography.Methods 20 cases of Vertebmbasilar arterial insufficiency and 13 cases were healthy as control group. Tof_fi3d_tra series were performed and number of excitations (NEX)is 1,TR/TE:27/7.2 ms.MIP and VR were adopted on 33 cases.Results 24 cases more than 3 mm on canalis vertebrarterialis.9 cases were Vertebral artery stenosis and Curved blood vessels,positive rate is 45%.Conclusion MRA images can be rotated and viewed from different directions.More diagnostic information is attained from MIP and VR images. 3D-TOFMRA is complementation with others blood vessel images.
