| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨山楂降脂汤与辛伐他汀联合治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:采取随机方法将90例高脂血症患者平均分成辛伐他汀治疗组与中西医结合治疗组(辛伐他汀加山楂降脂汤),疗程为6周,患者血清总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇均达到控制指标视为有效。结果:中西医结合治疗治疗高脂血症疗效优于单用辛伐他汀。结论:应用辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症应该联合应用山楂降脂汤。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the therapeutic effect of hyperlipemia by using simvastatin combined shanzha jiangzhi decoction therapy. Method:90 patients of hyperlipemia were divided into group simvastatin and group combination of TCM with western medicine (simvastatin combined shanzha jiangzhi decoction) randomly.The course of treatment are 6 weeks.
