摘 要: | 目的利用磁共振图像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)与弥散张量图像(diffusion tensor imaging,DTI)融合的技术解决不同模态的脑部影像无法协调配合的问题,辅助优化脑部肿瘤手术方案、放疗计划靶区确定以及治疗质量控制。方法对DTI中生成的b0图像即MRI T2W图像进行分割,分别得到图像的水肿区域和乏氧坏死区域,然后对二区域应用链码跟踪的方式进行合并,最后分割出整个肿瘤的外周带。结果弥散张量的各向异性为脑肿瘤组织内部以及外边缘白质可能损伤提供了有效信息。结论融合后的数据通过增加互补信息和图像的信息量为脑肿瘤的诊断和治疗提供了更多依据。

Abstract: | Objective For surgical scheme, planning treatment, or treatment controlling of brain tumor, the paper proposed a method to solve the dissymmetry of different medical images based on image fusion of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and diffusion tensor imaging (DTI). Methods b0 images, i. e. , MRI T2W images, created from the DTI, were segmented. The resultant oedema region and necrotic region were incorporated using chain codes tracking, and edges of the tumor region were obtained. Results Anisotropy of diffusion tensor supplys various information for possible lesion inside or near the tumor. Conclusion The fused data can supply the complementary information and greatly improve the information quantity, thus can provide more clues for clinical diagnoses. |
