| 摘 要： | 本文报告４５例重型颅脑伤合并多发性损伤，其中合并血气胸２０例、腹腔脏器出血３１例，其它部位损伤１２例，在维持呼吸道通畅、抗休克、颅内降压等前提下分别或同时行开颅术、胸腔闭式引流术、剖腹探查术。本文结合文献对重型颅脑伤合并多发性损伤的特征、诊断和治疗进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Fourty five cases of severe head injury complicated by multiple injuries were reported,of which 20 cases were complicated by hematopneumothoraxes,3 cases were intraperitoneal hemorrhage and 12 cases were some organ injuries.The craniotomy, thoracal closed drainage and celiotomy were performed by keeping unblocked respiratory tract,actively practising antishock and decreasing intracranial pressure.The author evaluated the literature and discussed the problem of diagnosis and treatment. |
