| 摘 要： | 采用液－固吸附色谱分离，测定了牛黄清心丸中胆红素的含量。实验结果，取自３个厂家的每丸中胆红素含量分别为０．１６３５ｍｇ，０．０２７３ｍｇ，０．０４８７ｍｇ，平均回收率为１００．０９％，此法具有一定程度的自动化，能够排除光线和分子氧的干扰，能够检测到１０￣（－７）ｍｇ／Ｌ胆红素．

| Abstract: | The content of bilirubin in Niuhuang Qingxin Pills was isolated and determined by liquid-solid absorption chromatography. The content of bilirubin in each pill which offerd by 3 different factory was 0.1635 mg,0.0273 mg and 0.0487 mg , respectively ,and the average recovery was 100.09%. The results indicate that the method of liquid-solid absorption is a powerful tool in the analysis of samples, show some effects of automatic control,and is not interfered by light and oxygen as well as could detect the 10￣(-7) mol/L of bilirubin in the test solution. |
