薄层－比色法测定马加木中木脂素甙的含量

为了扩大药材资源，研究了马加木中阿拉伯糖木脂素甙含量及其测定方法。结果，在硅胶Ｇ薄层板展开，浓硫酸显色法，０～２２０μｇ范围内呈良好的线性关系，相关系数为０．９９９３，平均回收率为９６．３４±２．４９，变异系数为２．５８％。马加木不同部位中，树皮２１４．５６μｇ／ｇ，树脂２４７．１４μｇ／ｇ，木质部２１１．９２μｇ／ｇ，４３．７４μｇ／ｇ，果实０μｇ／ｇ。从而为树枝、木质部的入药，提供了理论依据。

Detection of lignanoids content in Sorbus Pohuashanensis (Hance) Hedl by the thin-layer chromatographic colorimetry

To expand the crude drug resources, the detective methed of lignanoids in Sorbus Pohuashanensis (Hance) Hedl and the content in different sites of that were studied.The content of lignanoids was detected by spreading out silica gel plate and concentrated sulfuric acid colorimetric detection. The results indicate that the method of thin-layer chromatographic colorimetry had a good linear relationship within 0～220μg, the correlative coefficient was 0.9993, the average rate of recovery was 96.34±2.49 and the coefficient of variation was 2.58%. The content of lignanoids was 214.56 μg/g in barks, 247.14 μg/g in branches, 211.92 μg/g in xylem, 43.74 μg/g in leaves and 0 μg/g in fruit.These results contribute a theoretical basis for the branches and xylen used as medicine.
