1－萘甲氧基乙酸衍生物的合成

１－甲基萘经Ｗｏｈｌ－Ｚｉｅｇｌｅｒ反应及Ｗｉｌｌｉａｍｓｏｎ反应得到１－萘甲氧基乙酸乙酯（３）．（３）的水解得到１－萘甲氧基乙酸（４）．（４）与二氯亚砜作用得到其酰氯（５），（３～５）的胺解、肼解得到其相应的酰胺、酰肼（６～１１）．化合物（５～１１）结构经红外光谱、核磁共振谱及元素分析所证实。

Synthesis of (1-naphthalenyl) acetic acid derivatives

Ethyl-(1-naphthalenyl methoxy) acetate(3) were prepared by Wohl-Ziegler reaction and Wiiliamson reactinn with 1-methyl naphthalene. Hydrolysis of(3) gave (1-naphthalenyl methoxy) acetic acid(4). The acyl chloride(5) was prepared by the acetic acid(4) with thionyl chloride. Aminolysis and hydrazinolysis of(3～5) gave(6～11). An improved synthesis of(3) and seven new compounds(5～11),the structures of which were confirmed by IR,NMR spectra and elementury analysis,were reported.
