老年肺心病与多系统功能衰竭321例分析

对１７９０例肺心病患者中６Ｏ岁以上老年肺心病并发多系统功能衰竭（ＭＳＯＦ）３２１例进行分析，并与同期６０岁以下肺心病并发ＭＳＯＦ１８５例进行对比。结果表明，老年肺心病患者具有四高现象，即发病率高，并发ＭＳＯＦ比率高，损伤脏器数比率高，病死率高。两组病例中各系统功能衰竭，均依次为肺、心、脑、肾、肝、胃肠、凝血机制的顺序出现。文中还对老年肺心病并发ＭＳＯＦ的产生机理和治疗进行了初步探讨。

GERONTAL PULMONARY HEART DISEASE AND MULTIPLE SYSTEM ORGAN FAILURE(MSOF):A REPORT ON 321 CASES

Among 1790 patients with pulmonary heart disease,321 patients more than 60 years old with gerontal pulmonary heart disease and MSOF were analysed and compared With 185 pstients less than 60 years old With same humochronous disease.The analyisi of these data showed that there were four-high phenomenon with gerontal pulmonany heartdisease:high incidence,high complicated MSOF rate,high rate of the amount of organs failure with Mith MSOF and high death rate.In these two groups,MSOF took place in turn in these organs,such as lung, heart,brain,kidney,liver,stomach,intestin and blood coagulation.The mechanism of production and treatment of gerontal pulmonary heart disease with complicated MSOF were initially approached.
