| 摘 要： | 采用体外培养乳鼠心肌细胞缺血性损伤模型，分别滴入麝香和西地兰溶液，并录像及光电描记记录心肌细胞的动态搏动变化，当加到２．０μｌ麝香注射液时，促进心肌细胞搏动作用效果最佳，相似于加入０．８９６μｇ西地兰（０．４ｍｇ／２ｍｌ）。

| Abstract: | The model of ischemic lesion of cardiac muscle cells in sucking mice was made in vitro.The effect of the Moschus and cedilanid on dynamic pulsating changes was investigated by the videotape record and photoelectric graphy.When putting in the 2.0 μg compound Moschus injection,it strenthened the cardiac con tractility and enhanced the controlile amplitude that similar to the effect of cedilanid. The results indicated that the Moschus has the best effect on the pulsating function of cardiac muscle cells. |
