溃疡性结肠炎患者血浆MDSCs的检测及临床意义

目的检测溃疡性结肠炎（UC）患者血浆中髓源性抑制细胞（MDSCs）水平,并探讨其临床意义。方法选取50例UC患者为研究组,选择同期50例健康体检者为对照组,应用流式细胞仪检测两组外周血MDSCs和CD4＋CD25＋调节性T细胞（CD4＋CD25＋Treg）水平,并分析UC患者外周血MDSCs与CD4＋CD25＋Treg、白细胞（WBC）计数和血小板（PLT）计数的相关性。结果与对照组比较,研究组患者外周血CD4＋CD25＋Treg明显降低（P〈0.05）,MDSCs比例、WBC计数和PLT计数明显升高（P〈0.05）。与UC缓解期比较,UC活动期患者外周血CD4＋CD25＋Treg比例明显降低（P〈0.05）,MDSCs比例、WBC计数和PLT计数明显升高（P〈0.05）。UC患者MDSCs与WBC计数、PLT计数呈正相关（P〈0.05）,与CD4＋CD25＋Treg之间呈负相关（P〈0.05）。结论 UC患者外周血MDSCs水平明显升高,与UC患者病情活动度有关,检测MDSCs有助于UC发病机制的认识和辅助诊断。

Detection and Clinical Significance of Plasma Myeloid-Derived Suppressor Cells in Patients with Ulcerative Colitis

Objective To detect the level of plasma myeloid-derived suppressor cells（ MDSCs） in patients with ulcerative colitis（ UC）,and to investigate its clinical significance. Methods Fifty cases of UC were chosen as research group,and 50 healthy cases who accepted physical examination were chosen as control group. The correlation of MDSCs in peripheral blood of UC patients with CD4＋CD25＋Treg,WBC count and PLT count was analyzed. Results Comparing with control group,the CD4＋CD25＋Treg in the peripheral blood of patients in the research group decreased significantly（ P 〈 0. 05）,and the proportion of MDSCs,WBC count and PLT count increased significantly（ P 〈 0.05）. The proportion of CD4＋CD25＋Treg in peripheral blood of patients with active UC decreased was significantly lower than that of patients with catabasis UC,and the proportion of MDSCs,WBC count and PLT count increased significantly in patients with active UC（ P 〈 0. 05）. MDSCs positively correlatd with WBC count and PLT count（ P 〈 0. 05） while negatively correlated with CD4＋CD25＋Treg（ P 〈 0. 05） in UC patients. Conclusion The level of MDSCs in peripheral blood increases significantly in UC patients,and it correlates with activity of UC. The detection of MDSCs may benefit understanding the pathogenesis and auxiliary diagnosis of UC.
