摘    要:目的:优选保济口服液挥发油的提取工艺.方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,以挥发油得率为考察指标,以药料与水量比、浸泡温度、浸泡时间及提取时间为考察因素,运用正交试验优选工艺条件.结果:提取时间与浸泡温度对挥发油提取的影响有统计学意义(P <0.000 1),蒸溜前浸泡时间、药料与水量比对挥发油提取的影响无统计学意义(P>0.05),最佳提取工艺为药料与水量比1∶1、浸泡温度60℃、浸泡时间1h、提取2h.结论:优选出的提取工艺合理、可行.

Abstract:Objective: To optmise the extraction process of essential oil from Baoji oral liquid. Methods: The essential oil was extracted by steam distillation. An orthogonal test design with L9 (34) table was used to test the four main factors of the process, incluling the ratio of material to water, soaking temperature, soaking time and extraction time, taking the yield of essential oil as the index. Results: The results showed that the extracting time and soaking temperature has significant influence on extraction of essential oil (P 〈 0. 000 1 ), the ratio of material to water and soaking time has less influence on it ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The optmized extraction conditions were as follow : the ratio of material to water 1 : 1, soaking at 60 ℃ water for 1 hours, and 2 hours distillation. Conclusion: This optmized extraction process is stable and workable.
