| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中心静脉置管在治疗癌性腹水中的应用及护理方法.方法对9例癌性腹水患者给予中心静脉导管作持续腹腔引流及行腹腔内灌注化疗.结果9例置管均成功,导管留置时间5～29d,平均17d,腹胀均明显减轻.结论中心静脉置管治疗癌性腹水操作简单、安全,效果好,患者活动方便,易于接受,提高了生活质量.
