| 摘 要： | 通过对甲亢病人和对照人群血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)、锰超氧化物歧化酶(Mn-SOD)、脂质过氧化氢(LHP)及甲状腺激素(T_3,T_4)等测定,系统地研究了甲亢患者抗自由基氧化酶与甲状腺腺泡功能亢进的关系.结果显示甲亢病人体内存在极其活跃的自由基反应,GPX酶降低与腺泡功能亢进关系密切,疾病组与对照组比较,各项指标差异均非常显著(P<0.01).

| Abstract: | In this study, the ralationshi between antioxidase levels for free radicals and thyroid glandular follicle hyperfunction has been systematica Is studied by measuring serum glutathione peroxidase (GPX), maganese surperoxide dismutase (Mn - SOD), lipids hydrc-genpe oxide(LHP) and thytoid hormone etc. in 41 patients with hyperthyroidism and 41 normal subjects. The results showed thatin the body of the palients there is much activated free redicals reaction and fhere is significantly correlation between Gp activity and thyroid glandu-lat follicle hyperfunction. Very significant differeces of criterias (each P<0. 01) have been found between the sick and the control group. |
