老年糖尿病患者治疗的科学合理护理健康教育

目的：探讨健康教育指导在老年糖尿病患者胰岛素治疗过程中的价值。方法：对83例应用胰岛素治疗的老年糖尿病患者及家属进行有关糖尿病知识、胰岛素注射等健康教育。结墨：通过健康教育指导，83例患者由胰岛素的被动性治疗转变为主动性参与。结论：糖尿病的健康教育可以使患者避免因注射不当而出现的血糖波动、皮肤硬结及感染的发生，提高自我护理能力，有效地控制血糖，减少或延缓并发症的发生，提高了患者的生活质量。

Health education and scientific rational care in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes

Objective：To investigate the value of the guidline health education in elder patients with diabetes mellitus during insulin therapy.Methods：Healthy aducation on 83 cases of the application of insulin therapy in elderly diabetic patients and their families about the knowledge of diabetes, insulin injections.Results：83 cases of patients actively participated using insulin.Conclusion：Health education on diabetes can be avoided fluctuation of blood sugar due to improper injection,skin induration and the occurrence of infection and improve the capacity of self-care,effective control of blood sugar, reduce or delay the occurrence of complications and improve quality of life of patients.
