结直肠癌肿瘤干细胞研究进展

结直肠癌为人类消化道常见恶性肿瘤,在西方国家发病率较亚、非洲高,但在我国的流行病调查研究发现,结直肠癌的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,其中男性较女性发病率高1]。肿瘤干细胞是一群具有自我更新和多向分化潜力的细胞,与肿瘤的复发、转移密切相关;而结直肠癌患者的癌细胞转移和术后复发是威胁生命的主要原因,因此,从肿瘤干细胞的角度深入研究结直肠癌的生物学特征,可为结直肠癌患者的防治指引方向。现将其相关研究作一综述。

Research Progress on Colorectal Cancer Stem Cell

Colorectal cancer is a common malignant tumor of the human digestive tract.The incidence in western countries is high than that in Asia and Africa,but a China’s epidemic study found that,the incidence of colorectal cancer showed an increasing trend,which is more in the male than in the female.Cancer stem cells are a group of self-renewal and differentiation potential of cells,which are related to tumor recurrence and metastasis.Cancer metastasis and recurrence of colorectal cancer is the main reason of the life-threatening.Through the cancer stem cells,deep studies on the biological characteristics of colorectal cancer should guide the direction for colorectal cancer prevention.Its related studies are reviewed.
