| 摘 要： | 用微囊二氯异氰尿酸钠加洗衣粉制成复方消毒剂。经检测，以其含９０ｍｇ／Ｌ有效氯溶液对大肠杆菌悬液作用１０ｍｉｎ，杀灭率为９９９７％。以其含４５０ｍｇ／Ｌ有效氯溶液作用１５ｍｉｎ，可破坏悬液中ＨＢｓＡｇ抗原性。其溶液配制后１０ｍｉｎ，微囊中有效氯即充分释出。该复方粉剂在５６℃放置２周，有效氯下降５３４％。

| Abstract: | Compound disinfectant was prepared by addition of washing powder to microencapsulated sodium dichloroisocyanurate The killing rate of Escherichia coli in suspension exposed to the compound disinfectant solution containing 90 mg/L available chlorine for 10 min was 9997% Its solution containing 450 mg/L available chlorine with a 15 min contact time could destroy antigenicity of HBsAg in suspension Ten minutes after preparation of its solution, the available chlorine in the microcapsule was fully released After storing this compound disinfectant at 50℃ for 2 weeks, its available chlorine content decreased by 534% |
