| 摘 要： | 目的了解中藥對氣虚血瘀型或以氣虚血瘀型爲主的視神經萎縮的療效.方法利用中醫的氣血理論,應用生脉注射液加活血藥物治療40例氣虚血瘀型視神經萎縮患者,觀察療效.結果 40例患者中,無光感或手動組有效率爲16.7%,指數以上組有效率爲703%,平均57.1%.結論生脉注射液加活血藥物治療氣虚血瘀型視神經萎縮有積極意義.

| Abstract: | Ojbective To investigate the curative effects of traditional Chinese medicinal herbs on optic atrophy caused by, or largely by, qi-asthenia and blood stasis. Methods Based on syndrome-differentiation of qi and blood, 40 patients with optic atrophy caused by qi-asthenia and blood stasis were treated with Shengmai injection and blood promoting drugs and the curative effects were observed. Result The patients with light sense and hand motion vision accounted for 16.7% while the patient with vision above counting fingers was 70.3%. The average effective rate was 57.1%. Conclusion It is very useful to treat optic atrophy caused by qi-asthenia and blood stasis with Shengmai injection and blood flow activating drugs. |
