妇科围手术期抗菌药使用调查

目的：了解我院妇科围手术期预防应用抗菌药现状，为临床合理用药提供依据。方法：采用病历回顾性研究方法，随机抽取我院2008年4月-2009年4月妇科手术病例165例，统计预防应用抗菌药情况。结果：全部手术患者均使用抗菌药，抗菌药二联用药率100％，使用频率最高的是头孢替唑钠与甲硝唑联用，65．5％在术前0．5～2h内用药，23．6％术前未使用抗菌药，抗菌药平均用药疗程为5．87d。结论：妇科围手术期预防应用抗菌药存在不合理现象，临床医生应遵循《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》，合理使用抗菌药。

Investigation on Perioperative Antibacterial Drug Use in Gynecological Surgery
