脊柱转移瘤的X线与CT诊断

目的 :探讨脊柱转移瘤的 X线与 CT表现及临床意义。方法 :回顾分析脊柱转移瘤 2 8例的 X线与 CT影像资料并加以总结。结果 :2 8例脊柱转移瘤中 2 5例为溶骨性转移 ,占 89.2 9% ;3例为混合性转移 ,占 10 .71%。其中胸腰椎骨转移多见为2 4例 ,占 85 .71%。合并骨盆骨转移 5例 ,占 17.87%。合并肩胛骨、肱骨转移各 1例 ,占 3.5 7%。结论 :脊柱为转移性骨肿瘤的好发部位 ,认识其影像学表现 ,熟悉其诊断与鉴别诊断具有重要的临床意义

X-ray and CT Diagnoses of Metastatic Tumors of Spine

Purpose To study the X-ray and CT manifestations and clinical significance of metastatic tumors of spine. Methods A retrospective analysis and a summary were made on the X-ray and CT images of metastatic tumors of spine in 28 patients. Results Of the 28 cases, 25 were diagnosed as osteolytic metastatic tumors (89.29 %), and 3 mixed metastatic tumors (10.71 %); in addition, by route of metastasis, their metastatic tumors mostly occurred in the thoracic or lumbar vertebrae in 24 of the 28 patients (85.71 %), of whom 5 patients (17.87 %) were found to have accompanied tumors spread to bony pelvis, 1 patient (3.57 %) to have accompanied tumors spread either to scapula or humerus. Conclusion Spine is the predilection site of metastatic tumors. It is of great clinical significance to know image manifestations of metastatic tumors and to get familiar with their diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
