阿尔茨海默病患者局部脑血流灌注与认知功能的关系

目的探讨阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer disease,AD)患者脑血流灌注特点及其与认知功能的关系.方法选AD患者11例,正常对照组10名采用简易智力状态检查(mini-mental state examination,MMSE)进行认知功能测定和局部脑血流(regional cerebral blood flow,rCbBF)检查.结果 AD组双侧颞叶、绝大部分顶叶、局部额叶灌注均低于正常对照组,左右大脑半球rCBF值无显著差异.MMSE评分与左前颞(r=0.656,P＜0.05)、左后颞(r=0.625,P＜0.05)、左中前顶(r=0.637,P＜0.05)的rCBF值呈正相关.结论 rCBF在AD的诊断及痴呆严重程度的判断中具有一定意义.

Relationship between cognitive function and regional cerebral blood flow in Alzheimer disease

Objective To investigate the manifestations of rCBF(regional cerebral blood flow) in patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD) and the relationship between cognitive function and rCBF. Methods rCBF in 11 patients with AD and 10 non-demented elderly controls were analyzed. Results Compared with normal controls, there was significantly decreased rCBF in the bilateral temporal lobes, most part of parietal lobes and regional frontal lobes of the patients with AD. There was no significant difference of rCBF between right and left lobe in the AD patients. And there was a positive correlation between MMSE (Mini-Mental State Examination) scores and the rCBF of temporal lobe and left anterior parietal lobe. Conclusion The results suggest that rCBF might be useful in diagnosis and evaluation of the severity of AD.
