98例尿毒症患者心电图分析

[背景 ]慢性肾功能不全、尿毒症患者常累及心脏 .[病例报告 ]98例尿毒症患者共作心电图15 4例次 ,其中异常心电图 140例次 ,以左室肥厚劳损最为多见 ,共 37例次 ,其次为ST T改变 ,共 35例次 ,室性早搏 32例次 ,房性早搏 18例次 ,传异阻滞 14例次 ,心房颤动 4例次 .[讨论 ]心肌损害和心律失常为尿毒症常见的并发症和主要死亡原因之一 ,其发生的机制与尿毒症性心肌病变及电解质紊乱等有关 .

Electrocardiogram analysis of 98 cases of urinaemia

BACKGROUND*!Heart is frequently involved in the patients with chronic renal insufficiency and urinaemia. *!CASE REPORT*!98 cases of urinaemia were done 154 times of electrocardiogram and 140 times were unusual electrocardiogram, in which 37 cases showed left ventricular hypertrophic strain, 35 cases were the changes of ST T, 32 cases were ventricular early pulsation, 18 cases were atrial early pulsation, 14 cases were conductive block and 4 cases were atrial fibrillation. *!DISCUSSION*! The myocardial damage and arrhythmia are one of common complication and main cause of death of urinaemia, and its genesic mechanism relates to uremic myocardiopathy and electrolyte disturbance.
