| 摘 要： | 本文报告中西医结合治疗突发性聋120例效果明显优于对照组（P＜0．05）。治愈58例（48％），显著好转20例（17％），好转32例（27％），无效10例（8．3％），总有效率达92％。笔者认为活血化瘀，改善内耳微循环在治疗突发性聋中有比较满意的效果。并对所用药物的药理作用做了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | is obviously effective for the 120 cases of sudden hearing loss reported in this article to be treated with integrated Chinese traditional and western medicine,And the result is more satisfied than that of control group (P<0.05): 58 cases were cured (48% ) ; 20 cases were obviously improved (17%) ; 32 cases were improved (27%) ; 10 cases were ineffective (8. 3%). The overall effective rate reached 92%. It is suggested that Satisfied effect be reached by invigorating the driulation of blood and improving mierceirculation of inner-ear, A preliminary evaluation for the pharmacological effect of the medicine was done in this article. |
