FFA对激光治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的指导意义

目的评价荧光素眼底血管造影指导下激光光凝治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的疗效。方法经荧光素眼底血管造影确诊的中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变患者中,对病程迁延不愈,反复发作,色素上皮渗漏点在中心凹200μm以外的52病例中选择24例行激光治疗,28例给予改善微循环药物及维生素辅助支持治疗。随访3个月,将症状好转、视力提高两行以上、视网膜下液明显吸收者视为治疗有效。结果药物治疗组2例(7.14%)治疗有效,其余患者无明显改变;激光治疗组中14例(58.33%)有效,其余无改善,无1例出现病情恶化。结论中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变激光光凝治疗效果优于药物治疗,荧光素眼底血管造影可以准确诊断并指导激光光凝。

LASER THERAPY FOR CSC (CENTRAL SEROUS CHOROIDORETINOPATHY) INSTRUCT ED BY FFA

Objective To evaluate the effect of laser therapy for CSC (central serous choroidoretinopathy), instructed by FFA (fundus flurorescein angiography). Methods 52 CSC patients diagnosed by FFA, with leaking point 200 microns away from the central fovea, who were not getting better or with frequently recurrent symptoms, were divided into two groups. One group (24 cases) was treated with Laser, the other (28 cases) drugs only. After a 3-months' follow-up, for those with less symptoms, vision improved over 2 lines, subretinal fluid absorbed obviously, the therapy is regarded as "effective". Results In drugs group, there were 2 effective cases(7.14%); in laser group, 14 effective cases (58.33%), the rest cases, without obvious changing or getting worse. Conclusion For CSC, Laser is better than drugs therapy, FFA can precisely diagnose CSC and instruct Laser photocoagulation.
