显微手术在输卵管结扎后复通术中的运用

本文报道应用显微外科技术对20例输卵管结扎后进行复通手术,除5例近期手术外,对15例随访1～5年,复通率为93.33％,复孕率为80％。本文介绍了复通术的术前准备、手术方法和手术注意点。对复通技术、输卵管长度、吻合部位与复孕的关系、显微复通手术的优越性进行讨论。

The Use of Microsurgery in Reanastomosis after Tubal Ligation

20 cases of microsurgery for reanastomsis after tubal ligation are reported. 15 cases were followed up for 1-5 years, except 5 recent cases. The repatency rate and repregnaey rate were 93.33％ and 80％ respectively. The pre-operative preparations, operative method and cares taken in the operation were introduced.All relations among the technique, the length of the fallopian tube, site of anastomosis and repregnancy, and the advantag es of microsurgery are discussed.
