目的 应用足背桥式双叶皮瓣修复手部多个创面.方法 在足背部切取以第1或第246背动脉为蒂的双叶皮瓣,游离移植修复手部多个创面.结果 采用此方法修复12例,皮瓣全部成活,外观良好,手功能评定均为优.结论 应用足背桥式双叶皮瓣移植能修复手部多个创面,并获得良好的治疗结果.

Repairing multiple soft tissue defects of the hand using the bridged bilobular flap of instep

Objective To introduce the use of the bridged bilobular flap based on the first or the second dorsal metatarsal artery for the treatmnt of multiple soft tissue defects of the hand. Methods A bilobular flap with a pedicle from the first or second dorsal metatarsal artery of the instep was used to repair the multiple soft tissue defects of the hand. In particular, the defects of multiple fingers could be repaired primarily with the bridging flap. Results 12 patients were used by this flap. All flaps survived completely, and obtained excellent function and opperance. Conclusion The bridge bilobular flap with a pedicle transplanting from the instep can repair the multiple parenchyma defects of the hand effectively. And it can receive a satisfactory result of the treatment.
