| 摘 要： | 目的通过观察中西医结合治疗妇科术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床疗效,探讨其发病机制及相应的护理措施. 方法对32例患者采用中西药抗凝、溶栓、祛聚、改善血液循环等治疗,并配合清热利湿消肿,活血祛瘀、通络及护理. 结果治愈19例,明显好转8例,显效4例,未愈1例,总有效率96.8%.结论中西医结合治疗妇科术后下肢深静脉血栓形成可缩短治疗时间,提高疗效.根据其机制总结出相应的预防措施,防患于未然,减轻患者不必要的压力和负担.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of Combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in the treatment of gynecologic post-operative lower limbs deep venous thrombosis. To study the pathogeny and nursing measures. 32 cases were given Chinese traditional and Western medicine and treatment, such as anti-thrombin and thrombolysis to improve the blood circulation and reduce swelling. In all 32 cases, 19 cases were cured, 8 cases turned better, 4 cases showed effect. The total validity rate was 96.8%. Conclusion]Combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in gynecologic post-operative lower limbs deep venous thrombosis can shorten the cure time and improve the curative effect. The preventive measures should be summarized to relieve patients from unnecessary pressure and burden. |
