电针治疗对缺氧缺血新生大鼠海马组织超微结构的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨电针治疗对缺氧缺血新生大鼠脑组织超微结构的影响。方法:9只出生7d的Wistar大鼠,随机分为3组。假手术对照组不进行缺氧处理,缺氧缺血组制备成缺氧缺血模型,电针治疗组于缺氧缺血模型制备成功后,电针针刺“百会”、“大椎”两穴。常规饲养22d后,取海马区脑组织制成超薄切片,电镜观察其超微结构变化。结果:缺氧缺血组海马区脑组织神经元及神经胶质细胞损伤明显,缺氧缺血后电针治疗组神经组织超微结构与假手术对照组差异无统计学意义,而受损程度明显轻于缺氧缺血组。结论:电针具有促进缺氧缺血大鼠脑组织损伤修复的作用。

Abstract:Aim: To investigate the long term effects of electroacupuncture (EA) on hypoxia ischemic (HI) brain damage (HIBD) for neonatal rats. Methods:Nine neonatal Wistar rats were randomly allocated into sham operation group, HIBD group and EA group.Animals of HIBD group and EA group were made HI model,then EA group were treated by electroacupuncting "Baihui"point and "Dazhui"point.A total of 22 days later, the ultrastructural changes of cerebral hippocampus tissue were observed with electron miscroscope. Results:The ultrastructure of neurons and neuroglial cells in HIBD group were damaged more severely than those in EA group and sham operation group,and there were no differences between the latter two groups. Conclusion:EA could promote the recovery of rat cerebral tissue under HI.
