免疫灵合剂对肾虚患者T淋巴细胞免疫功能的作用

采用直接免疫荧光技术研究肾虚、脾虚和脾胃湿热患者的细胞免疫功能，结果表明：３组患者的ＣＤ３＋、ＣＤ４＋细胞低于健康人（Ｐ＜０．０１）；脾虚、脾胃湿热患者的ＣＤ４＋／ＣＤ８＋比值低于健康人（Ｐ＜０．０１），而肾虚患者却高于健康人（Ｐ＜０．０１）。用免疫灵合剂治疗３０例肾虚患者，结果表明肾虚患者治疗后的ＣＤ３＋、ＣＤ４＋细胞较治疗前明显增加（Ｐ＜０．０１），说明补肾治疗能增强肾虚患者的细胞免疫功能。ＣＤ４＋／ＣＤ８＋比值能指导中医临床辨证分型和评价治疗效果。

Effect of Mianyiling Heji to T lymphocyte Immunologic Function in Kidney Deficiency

The direct immunofluorescense technique has been used for studing the cellular immune function of the patients with kidney deficiency, spleen deficiency and damp heat of spleen and stomach respectively. The result shows that, in all of 3 groups, the CD 3 + and CD 4 + cells are lower than those in healthy people (P<0.01). In the patients with spleen deficiency or damp heat of spleen and stomach, the value of CD 4 +/CD 8 + is lower than that in healthy people (P<0.01), while that in kidney deficiency patients is higher(P<0.01). Moreover, Mianyiling Heji (Mixture for Immunity) has been given to 30 cases of kidney deficiency patients. The result shows that, the CD 3 + and CD + 4 cells obviously increase after treatment(P<0.01). It indicates the therapy of strengthening kidney has the effect for improving the cellular immune function of kidney deficiency patients. The value of CD 4 +/CD 8 + can be used for guiding the TCM syndrome differentiation and evaluating the effect of treatment.
