物理方法缓解异丙酚注射痛的观察

摘    要:目的:研究物理方法缓解异丙酚注射痛的作用。方法:280例无痛人工流产患者随机分为四组:对照组(Ⅰ)、肘正中静脉注射组(Ⅱ)、低温注射组(Ⅲ)和慢速注射组(Ⅳ)。对患者异丙酚注射痛程度和局部炎症进行观察记录。结果:Ⅰ、Ⅱ组比较,疼痛程度有显著性差异(P<0.05),而Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组与Ⅰ组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:物理方法对缓解异丙酚注射痛有确定作用,但还要复合其它多种方法。

Abstract:Objective: The efficacy was studied on using physical method to decrease injection pain.Methods: 280 patients of painless induced abortion randomly were divided into four groups: control group (Ⅰ),cubical vein mainline group(Ⅱ),cold propofol group(Ⅲ),slower rate of injection group(Ⅳ).The patients' pain reaction on injection of propofol and local inflammation was recorded.Results: There was a significant difference in pain scores between Ⅰ and Ⅱ(P<0.05).And the difference between Ⅲ and Ⅰ or Ⅳ and Ⅰ was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: Efficacy of decreasing injection pain using physical method is certain,but other more method need be added.
