| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨玻璃体视网膜手术对高度近视合并孔源性视网膜脱离的治疗效果。方法 对 2 0例 (2 0眼 )高度近视合并孔源性视网膜脱离进行标准三通道式玻璃体切除联合剥膜、全氟化碳 (C3 F8)充填及眼内光凝 (或巩膜外冷凝 )术。结果 术后随访 3～ 2 0月 (平均 10 6月 ) ,2 0例 (2 0眼 )视网膜完全复位 ,术后矫正视力均优于术前 ,6例术后并发晶状体浑浊 ,半月后自行变为透明。结论 对于高度近视合并孔源性视网膜脱离 ,玻璃体视网膜手术可放宽适应证。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effectivenes s of vitrectomy for rhegmatogenous detachment concomitent high myopia.Methods A standard three_point virtectomy with pevi_retinal mem brane resection perfluronoctane intraoperative retinal tamponade and intraocul ar photocoagulation were performed on 20 eyes of 20 patients with rhegmatogenous detachment concomitent high myopia.Results After follow_up for 3-20 months (mean 10.6 months),toto al retinal attachment was achieved in 20 patients (20 eyes),postoperative visual acuity improved than preoperatively.Conclusion For rhegmatogenous detachment concomitant high myopi a,the indication of vitrectomy was increased. |
