云南省8家医院剖宫产率及其影响因素

目的探讨剖宫产率及其影响因素。方法对我省8家医院1988~2006年的所有住院分娩的产妇资料进行搜集、整理和分析。结果平均剖宫产率为39.2%,呈逐年上升趋势(P<0.025)。1988年剖宫产率,城市为26.5%,农村为11.3%。2006年剖宫产率,城市为41.0%,农村为30.3%。城市剖宫产率高于农村(P<0.01),但农村剖宫产率上升较快,2006年与2002年相比上升了3.2倍。影响剖宫产率的因素有城乡、婴儿出生体重、孕次、产次、年份、高龄初产等。结论剖宫产率呈逐年上升趋势,导致剖宫产率升高有医学和非医学的原因。

The cesarean section rate and related influencing factors in eight hospitals in Yunnan province

Objective To study the cesarean section rate and related influencing factors in Yunnan province. Methods We collected and analysed the delivery information among pregnant women who delivered at the 8 hospitals during 1988 and 2006. Results The average cesarean section rate was 39.2 %, and the rate has a increasing trend annually (P<0.025); The rate was 26.5 % for and 11.3 % for rural area in 1988, and reached 41.0 % and 30.3 % in 2006 for uban and rural area, respectively. The cesarean section rate was significantly higher in uban area than in rural (P<0.01).However, the rate in rural showed a greater increase (3.2 higher in 2006 than in 1998) than that in urban area . The influencing factors of cesarean section included living place (urban or rural area), birth weight, gravidity, parity,years and the maternal age etc. Conclusion The cesarean section rate had an increasing trend annually, which was caused by the medical and non-medical factors.
