| 摘 要： | 目的建立九味清热胶囊中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法，以Diamonsil C18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）为色谱柱，以甲醇-水-磷酸（40：60：0．2）为流动相，流速为1．0ml／min，检测波长为280nm。结果在0．1684μg～1．384μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9997），平均回收率为100．4％，ESD为0．96％。结论该方法灵敏、准确、重复性好，为九味清热胶囊的质量控制提供了依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the determination of Baicalin in Jiuwei Qingre Jiaonang. Methods HPLC was used with DiamonsilC18 （4.6mm×250mm,5μm） as chromatographic column and methanol water- phosphoric acid （40：60：0.2） as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0ml/min and the detective wavelength was at 280nm. Results There was good linearity in range of 0.1384-1.384μg,（r=0.9997）. The average recovery was 100.4%, and RSD was 0.96%. Conclusion This method is sensitive, accurate, reproducible and provides a basis for the quality control of Jiuwei Qingre Jiaonang. |
