医院感染现患率调查分析

目的了解医院感染的基本情况。方法采取床边调查与住院病历调查相结合的方法。结果医院感染现患率为4.59%,感染率高的科室是ICU和神经外科,感染的病原菌以革兰阴性菌为主,抗菌药物使用率48.94%。结论现患率调查与全年病例监测感染率基本一致,两组数据比较,差异无统计学意义,医院感染发病率与气管插管、气管切开、机械通气、年龄、基础病、抗菌药物的长期应用有关。

Prevalence of Nosocomial Infection: Investigation and Analysis
