温州地区CIN患者HPV感染流行病学调查

目的研究温州地区CIN患者HPV感染流行病学特征。方法选择2006年1月～2010年12月CIN患者440例，对其HPV感染发生率及与年龄、产次、孕次、产次、职业、区域分布等因素的相关性进行统计分析。结果HPV阳性率为85．23％，不同的年龄段、产次、孕次、文化程度其HPV感染的发生率不同（P〈0．05），各行政区划HPV感染的发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），不同病理级别的CIN患者其HPV感染率及高危型HPV感染率不同（P〈0．05）。结论温州地区CIN患者HPV感染发生率与年龄、产次、孕次、文化程度存在相关性，不存在区域分布差异，并随着病理分级的升高HPV及高危型HPV感染率升高。

Epidemiology investigation of CIN patients with HPV infection in Wenzhou area

Objective To study the epidemiology of CIN patients with HPV infection in Wenzhou.Methods From January 2006 to December 2010,440 patients with CIN were chosen for study,and then the statistical analysis for related factors between their HPV infections and their age,parity,gravidity,occupation and regional distribution was made.Results The HPV positive rate was 85.23%.There were different HPV infection rates in different age,parity,gravidity and cultural degree(P < 0.05).Each administrative area had no difference in the HPV infection rate(P > 0.05);the HPV infection rate of CIN patients with different pathological levels was different from the HPV infection rate of high risk persons(P < 0.05).Conclusion The HPV infection rate of CIN patients in Wenzhou is related with their age,parity,gravidity,and cultural degree,but there is no difference in the regional distribution of the HPV infection rate.And with the rise of pathological levels,the HPV and high-risk HPV infection rate increases.
