2007～2011年围产儿出生缺陷监测结果调查分析

目的研究不同时期内围产儿出生缺陷监测结果，完善干预措施，降低出生缺陷发生率。方法对红塔区医疗保健机构2007-2011年出生的17155例围产儿出生缺陷资料进行比对。结果出生缺陷发生率为9．56‰，有逐年上升趋势，农村大于城市；男婴高于女婴，检出率分别为11．46‰和7．55‰；高发出生缺陷依次为耳廓畸形、多／并指（趾）、总唇裂、马蹄内翻足、复合畸形；年龄≥35岁是产妇高发年龄段。结论提倡婚前检查，加强孕期保健、优生优育宣传指导，普及产前筛查，高风险人群产前诊断，最大限度减少异常胎儿的出生，提高出生人口素质。

Investigating the result of perinatal birth defects fom 2007 to 2011

Objective To study the results of monitoring perinatal birth defects during different periods for improving interventions and reducing the incidence of birth defects.Methods Comparing the perinatal birth defects data of the 17 155 cases from Hongta District health care organizations from 2007 to 2011.Results The birth defect rate was 9.56 ‰ with an increasing trend and higher in rural areas than the urban.More male infants were involved than the female with the detection rate of 11.46 ‰ and 7.55 ‰,respectivly.The majority of birth defects which occurred frequently in mothers aged over 35 years were auricular deformities,more / and refers to finger(toes),cleft lip,clubfoot foot and complex deformity.Conclusion Advocating premarital check,strengthening prenatal care and prenatal and postnatal care propaganda,popularizing prenatal screening and prenatal diagnosis for high-risk populations may minimize abnormal infants and improve the quality of births.
