参附注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期临床观察

目的：探讨参附注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）急性加重期的临床疗效。方法：70例COPD急性加重期患者随机分为常规治疗组和参附治疗组。参附治疗组在常规治疗组基础上加用参附注射液（50ml.d-1）静脉滴注。观察两组临床疗效、血气分析、肺功能和超声心动图心功能参数的改善情况。结果：参附治疗组治疗总有效率较常规治疗组显著提高（P〈0.01）,血气分析、肺功能和心功能均较常规治疗组改善,两组比较均有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论：参附注射液能提高COPD急性加重期患者的动脉血氧分压与氧饱和度,改善心肺功能,降低肺动脉压力。

Clinical Observation on Shenfu Zhusheye in the Treatment of Patients with Acute Exacerbation Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective： To observe the clinical effitiveness of Shenfu Zhusheye in the treatment of patients acute exacerbation chroic obstructive pulmonary disease（AECOPD）.Methods： Seventy cases with AECOPD were randomly divided into conventional treat control group（Group C） and shenfu treat group（Group SF）,with 35 cases in each group.Shenfu Zhusheye（50 ml/d） was more administered intravenously in Group SF than Group C.The clinical effective rate,blood gas analysis,pulmonary function and cardiac function parameters of ultrasonic cardiogram of the two groups were observed.Results： Each examine index of Group SF had been improved obviously than that of before treatment.Compared with that of the Group C,it had significant difference（P 0.05）.Conclusions： Shenfu Zhusheye could improve blood gas condition,lower pulmonary artery pressure and improve cardiac function in cases with AECOPD.
