| 摘 要： | 1例52岁男性患者,因高热8 h内使用尼美舒利片150 mg,亚胺培南西司他丁钠0.5 g静脉给药后,约2 h后出现耳聋.耳鼻喉内窥镜检查示双侧鼓膜未见明显异常.听力学纯音测听:500 Hz、1000 Hz、2000 Hz平均听阈示左耳90 dB、右耳80 dB.听力学声导抗示左耳鼓室图C型、右耳鼓室图A型,双耳镫骨肌...

| Abstract: | A 52-year-old male patient with high fever was given nimesulide tablets 150 mg and imipenem cilastatin sodium 0.5 g intravenously within 8 hours.While he developed deafness about 2 hours later.Otolaryngology-endscopy showed no abnormality of bilateral tympanic membrane.Audiometric tests showed that the average thresholds of 500 hertz(Hz),1000 Hz and 2000 Hz were 90 decibel(dB)for the left ear and 80 dB for the right ear.Resutls of acoustic impedance audiometry showed type C tympanum diagram for left ear and type A tympanum diagram for right ear.Binaural stapes muscle acoustic reflex had not found.Nimesulide and imipenem cilastatin sodium was stopped.His hearing gradually recovered after systematic treatment such as fluid infusion with sodium lactate ringer's injection,methylprednisolone tablets,mecobalamin tablets and so on.His hearing improved 30 days after discharge. |
