Literature analysis of adverse reactions of gastrointestinal bleeding induced by oseltamivir phosphate

Objective:To explore the characteristics of gastrointestinal bleeding caused by oseltamivir phosphate,so as to provide references for rational drug use in clinic.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted to search PubMed,Web of Science,Springer Link,Embase,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and other databases for case reports of gastrointestinal bleeding caused by oseltamivir.The retrieval time was from the establishment of each database to February 2020,and the relevant data were statistically analyzed.Results:A total of 9 cases were enrolled in this study.The age distribution was 6 years old to 61 years old with an average age of(27.00±16.64)years old.After taking drugs,the shortest and the longest occurrence time of adverse reaction was 4 hours and 4 days respectively.3 patients were relieved by drug withdrawal;4 patients were relieved by symptomatic treatment such as drug withdrawal and intravenous fluid infusion;1 patient with perforated peptic ulcer was improved after perforation repair,and 1 patient combined with drug-induced liver injury was recovered after 12 days by drug withdrawal and taking liver protector.Conclusion:There are few reports of gastrointestinal bleeding induced by oseltamivir phosphate.It should be closely monitored during the course of treatment with oseltamivir phosphate in order to avoid the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.
