| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CD44v6在乳腺癌中的表达情况及临床病理意义。方法用免疫组织化学法（S-P法）检测90例乳腺癌及10例乳腺腺病组织和10例乳腺导管内乳头状瘤组织CD44v6的表达水平，分析其与临床病理参数的关系。结果乳腺癌中CD44v6的阳性表达率（78．9％，71／90）高于乳腺腺病（10％，1／10）和乳腺导管内乳头状瘤（20％，2／10），其差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），并且其阳性表达与高级别分化、HER2阳性表达相关（P〈0．05）。结论CD44v6的高表达可能与乳腺癌的分化及患者预后有关。
