放射工作者627例健康状况调查

目的 探讨放射工作人员长期接触小剂量放射线，对其健康状况的影响。方法 利用廊坊市疾病预防控制中心2008年对全市范围内各级医疗单位、厂矿企业从事放射工作的人员健康检查资料进行分析。结果 放射工作人员出现脱发、记忆力减退等神经系统症状和晶状体浑浊的比率有所增加，异常检出率与对照组相比，x^2值分别为24．35和14．76，均P〈0．01；淋巴细胞微核率、淋巴细胞阳性检出率均高于对照组，x^2值分别为29．25和17．76，均P〈0．01。结论 低剂量辐射对人体的危害不容忽视，应加强放射工作人员的防护工作。

Investigation of Health Status on 627 Workers with Radiation Exposure

[Objective] To explore the effect of long term exposure of low dose radioactive ray on the health status of workers with ra- diation exposure. [Methods] The health examination data of workers with radiation exposure in all the medical institutions and mine factories were collected from the Langfang CDC in 2008, and then were analyzed. [Results] These workers manifested alopecia and nervous system symptoms such as deterioration of memory, and the turbidity rate of crystal increased, compared with the control group, the x^2 value of abnormal detection rate was 24.35 and 14.76 respectively, both P 〈 0.01. The lymphocyte mieronucleus rate and Lymphocyte positive rate were significantly higher than that of control groups, the x^2 value was 9371 and 3523 respectively, both P 〈 0.01. [Conclusion] The risk of low dose radiation for the health could not be neglected. Effective occupational protection should be strengthen to the workers with radiation exposure.
