心电图ST-T段改变与冠状动脉造影结果分析

目的评价静息心电图（ECG）与临床资料相结合对冠心病的诊断价值。方法选择109例有典型心绞痛症状并伴随一项及以上高危因素的拟诊冠心病患者,对心电图和冠脉造影结果进行比较分析。结果①静息ECG与临床资料相结合时,ECG与冠脉造影在检查结果阳性率的差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;②冠状动脉狭窄≥70%比冠状动脉狭窄50%～70%更易发生ST-T异常（P〈0.05）,单支血管病变组与多支血管病变组也有显著差异（P〈0.05）;③与临床资料相结合时ST水平延长可视为早期冠状动脉机能不全的一种提示信号。结论与临床资料相结合,除外其他继发性ST-T改变,静息ECG可在一定程度上准确反映冠状动脉病变情况。

Analysis of ST-T segment changes in the patients who performed coronary angiography

Objective To evaluate the resting ECG with clinical data in diagnosing the coronary disease.Methods ECG and coronary angiography results of 109 patients with typical symptoms of angina and with one or more than one high risk factors were comparatively analyzed.Results ①There was remarkable difference between resting ECG combining clinical data and coronary angiography in the analysis.②ST-T abnormity was more likely to happen in the coronary artery stenosis over 70% than 50%-70%.Single or multiple vessels abnormity can make a different result.③ST length extended over 0.12 seconds would be contribute to the early diagnosis of coronary heart disease by resting ECG combining clinical data.Conclusion Resting ECG combining clinical data reflects the severity of coronary artery disease to some extent,except for other secondary ST-T segment changes.
