摘    要:目的探讨盐酸戊乙奎醚与急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)发生中间综合征(IMS)之间的关系。方法将258例AOPP患者随机分为盐酸戊乙奎醚组和阿托品组,对比分析2组IMS的发生率、病死率和住院时间。结果盐酸戊乙奎醚组IMS发生率及病死率分别为2.2%、1.5%,明显低于阿托品组的10.6%、6.5%(P〈0.01、P〈0.05)。结论盐酸戊乙奎醚可降低AOPP并发IMS的发生率,提高AOPP的抢救成功率。

Abstract:Objective To research the influence of penehyclidine hydrochloride on intermediate syndrome (IMS) in patients suffering from acute organophosphate pesticide poisoning(AOPP). Methods 258 patients of AOPP, 113 males and 145 females, aged about 35, were divided randomly divided into 2 sex, and age-matched groups: penehyclidine hydrochloride group (n= 135) undergoing injection of penehyclidine hydrochloride and atropine group (n=123) undergoing injection of atropine. The incidence of IMS, mortality and hospitalization time were observed. Results The incidence of IMS of the penehyclidine hydrochloride group was 2.2%, significantly lower than that of the atropine group (10.6%, P〈0.01), the mortality of the penehyclidine hydrochloride group was 1.5%, significantly lower than that of the atropine group (6.5%, P〈0.05). The hospitalization time of the penehyclidine hydrochloride group was (5.19± 1.15) days, significantly shorter than that of the atropine group [(5.68±1.48) days, P〈 0.01]. Conclusion Penehyclidine hydrochloride reduces the incidence of IMS and mortality of the AOPP patients, and enhances the rescue success rate.
