膀胱癌术后膀胱内灌注化疗药物的护理体会

目的探讨膀胱癌术后膀胱内灌注化疗药物的护理体会情况。方法分析我院2012年9月至2014年3月收治的膀胱肿瘤术后膀胱灌注化疗患者83例临床资料,依据灌注化疗方法不同进行分组,手工膀胱灌注化疗组68例(200例次)和采用广州保瑞医疗公司的BRTRG-I型体腔热灌注治疗系统进行膀胱热灌注化疗组15例(53例次)。结果复查膀胱镜显示:采用广州保瑞医疗公司的BR-TRG-I型体腔热灌注治疗系统进行膀胱热灌注化疗组患者临床治疗有效率明显高于手工膀胱灌注化疗组,采用广州保瑞医疗公司的BR-TRG-I型体腔热灌注治疗系统进行膀胱热灌注化疗组患者不良反应发生率和复发率均明显低于手工膀胱灌注化疗组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论采用广州保瑞医疗公司的BR-TRG-I型体腔热灌注治疗系统进行膀胱热灌注化疗可以有效地防止膀胱癌术后复发,提高膀胱内灌注化疗患者疗效,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。

The Nursing Experience of Intravesical Chemotherapy After Operation of Bladder Cancer

Objective To approach Nursing experience of Intravesical chemotherapy after operation of Bladder cancer. Method To analzye 83 cases clinical data of intravesical chemotherapy after operation of bladder cancer patients in our hospital from 2012.9 to 2014.3, which was to be divided into two groups, manual bladder perfusion chemotherapy group 68 cases（200 person-time）and Bladder perfusion chemotherapy group of the BR-TRG-I hyperthermic perfusion treatment system of Guangzhou bright medical company 15 cases（53 person-time）. Result Cystoscopy revealed：clinical efficiency of bladder perfusion chemotherapy group of the BR-TRG-I hyperthermic perfusion treatment system of Guangzhou bright medical company was higher than manual bladder perfusion chemotherapy group, the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate of the BR-TRG-I hyperthermic perfusion treatment system of Guangzhou bright medical company was lower than manual bladder perfusion chemotherapy group, P〈0.05, the difference were statistical significance. Conclusion Postoperative recurrence of bladder cancer of the BR-TRG-I hyperthermic perfusion treatment system of Guangzhou bright medical company were effectively prevent, the intravesical chemotherapy patients was increased, the incidence of adverse reaction was decreased,which was to be used.
