一次性与多次性根管治疗的疗效分析

目的探讨慢性牙髓炎、慢性根尖周炎的单根管患牙行一次性与多次性根管治疗的疗效情况。方法分析我院口腔科2010年2月至2012年1月收治的慢性牙髓炎、慢性根尖周炎,行根管治疗术的患者210例共210颗患牙的临床资料,依据临床治疗措施不同进行随机分组,一次性根管治疗为实验组110例和多次性根管治疗为对照组100例,通过1²年随访观察并比较两组的治疗效果。结果两组根管治疗患者在治疗12年随访观察并比较两组的治疗效果。结果两组根管治疗患者在治疗1²年后临床治疗的有效率均无明显差异,P>0.05。结论一次性根管治疗和多次性根管治疗均有较理想的临床效果,但是一次性根管治疗可以减少患者的就诊次数和费用,减少治疗期间细菌感染的机会,提高医师的工作效率,值得临床推广应用。

The Result Analyze of Root Canal Therapy by Disposable and Multiple

Objective To approach result of chronic pulpitis, periapical periodontitis single root canal teeth by disposable and multiple. Method To analyze of 210 cases for total 210 teeth clinical data of chronic pulpitis, periapical periodontitis in our hospital department of stomatology from 2010.2 to 2012.1, which was to be divided into two groups, multiple treatment was control groupl00 cases and disposable treatment was experimental group 110 cases. By 1 to 2 years follow-up observation and compare the therapeutic effect of two groups. Result The clinical treatment efficiency after 1-2 year of two groups root canal therapy patients were no difference,P〉0.05. Conclusion Clinical effect of disposable treatment and multiple treatment have relatively ideal,but disposable treatment can reduce the treatment time and expenses and reduce the opportunity during the treatment of bacterial infections, improving the efficiency of doctors which was to be used.
