| 摘 要： | 目的通过经腹部超声与经会阴超声两种检查途径的对比分析,探讨经会阴超声诊断孕晚期前置胎盘的诊断价值。方法收集我院产科经分娩证实为前置胎盘的患者84例,总结经腹和经会阴检查结果,进行对比分析。结果经会阴超声检查对孕晚期前置胎盘的检出率高于经腹部超声,尤其是胎盘位于子宫后壁或侧壁时。结论经会阴超声对孕晚期前置胎盘的诊断优于经腹部超声,具有重要临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective Contrast analysis the difference of transabdominal sonography（TAS）between transperineal sonograhy（TPS）, To investigate the value of transperineal sonography in the diagnosis of placenta ptevia of lata pregnancy. Methods 84 patients with placenta previa were retrospectively studied, the result of TAS and TPS were summarized, compared and analysed. Result TPS is superior to TAS in the diagnosis of placenta previa during late pregnancy, in the situation of posterior or lateral placental location. Conclusion TPS is superior to TAS in the diagnosis of placenta previa of late pregnancy. |
