306例西咪替丁不良反应的分析

目的分析西咪替丁不良反应的特点以及规律。方法选择西咪替丁不良反应的病例306例,分析统计不良反应的特点以及规律。结果西咪替丁导致不良反应临床表现多样,最主要的表现是:中枢和外周神经系统出现损害27.8%,心血管系统出现损害为21.2%,内分泌紊乱为8.8%,血液系统出现损害为8.8%。结论西咪替丁导致的不良反应类型较多,发生率相对较高,通常情况下停药或者是进行对症治疗后能够恢复正常。

Methods Cimetidine cases of adverse reactions of 306 cases analysis of statistics and characteristics of adverse reactions. Results Cimetidine lead to adverse clinical manifestations of diversity, the main performance is the central and peripheral nervous system damage by 27.8%, and the cardiovascular system damage was 21.2%, the endocrine disorder was 8.8%, the blood system damage by 8.8%. Conclusion Cimetidine cause adverse reaction type is more, the incidence is relatively high, usually aider symptomatic treatment discontinuation or can return to normal.
