剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠规范治疗的预后探讨

目的探讨剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠规范治疗预后。方法随机抽取我院在2012年4月到2013年4月期间收治的44例剖宫产瘢痕早期妊娠患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,本组所有患者均例行科学的诊断、治疗与护理,探讨剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠规范治疗预后效果。结果本组所有患者,根据病情诊断结合合理的治疗方法,其中,12例行保守治疗,8例开腹手术,24例双侧子宫动脉栓塞治疗,同时,要有充分的术前准备和心理护理,并于术后做好患者的生命体征观察、发热护理、疼痛护理、并发症护理,本组患者均已经痊愈出院。结论对子宫瘢痕部位妊娠患者进行及时正确的诊断及有效的护理,能减少误诊率,减少和预防并发症发生,提高临床效果,确保治疗成功。

Uterine Cesarean Section Scar Pregnancy Specification Treatment Outcomes

Objective To study the standard treatment prognosis of uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section. Methods Randomly selected hospital in April 2012 to April 2012 admitted during the period of 44 patients with cesarean scar pregnancy early clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, this group of all patients with routine scientific diagnosis, treatment and nursing, to explore the diagnosis and treatment of uterine cesarean section scar pregnancy specification prognostic effect. Results All patients, according to the diagnosis combined with reasonable treatment, among them, 12 underwent conservative treatment, 8 cases of open operation, and 24 cases of bilateral uterine artery embolization, and at the same time, to have sufficient preoperative preparation and psychological nursing, and make the patient＆#39;s vital signs in postoperative observation, fever nursing, pain nursing, complication nursing, the patients have been healed. Conclusion Uterine scar pregnancy patients for timely and correct diagnosis and effective nursing care, can reduce the misdiagnosis rate, reduce and prevent the complications, improve the clinical effect, to ensure the success of the treatment.
