健胃消食口服液联用西药治疗小儿功能性消化不良的临床观察

目的研究健胃消食口服液联用西药对小儿功能性消化不良的治疗方法并观察其临床应用效果。方法选取2012年1月至2013年11月我院收治的102例功能性消化不良患儿,随机均分为实验组与对照组。两组患儿于餐前给予西药多潘立酮片,然后实验组加服健胃消食口服液,观察并比较两组患儿的临床疗效。结果实验组患儿在嗳气腹胀、早饱、恶心呕吐、上腹疼痛人数、胃内残存率均明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组总有效率为94.12%,对照组为76.47%,差异性显著(P<0.05)。1例实验组患儿出现药物不良反应。结论健胃消食口服液联用西药多潘立酮片治疗小儿功能性消化不良疗效显著,安全性高。

The Clinical Observation on Oral Liquid of Stomach Digestion and Western Medicine in Treatment of Children with Functional Dyspepsia

Objective To explore the method and efficacy of the oral liquid of stomach digestion and Western medicine in treatment of children with functional dyspepsia. Method 106 cases of children with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into the control group which were treated by the domperidone before meal and the experimental group based on it with the oral liquid of stomach digestion in the hospital from January 2012 to November 2013. Then the total effects between the two groups were observed and compared after treatment. Result The children with functional dyspepsia in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group in the belching and bloating, early satiety, nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain and Gastric residual rate（P 〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.12% while the control group was 76.47% after treatment, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. only one case in the experimental group appeared the symptom of drug reactions. Conclusion The clinical effect of oral liquid of stomach digestion and Western medicine in treatment of children with functional dyspepsia is excellent and safe.
