| 摘 要： | 受试者工作特征曲线下面积显示男性腰围诊断胰岛素抵抗的敏感性和特异性优于体重指数和腰臀比，甘油三酯优于高密度脂蛋白胆固醇倒数、总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇。提示高甘油三酯血症腰是预测胰岛素抵抗的可靠指标。

| Abstract: | Area under receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curves showed that the sensitivity and the specificity for diagnosis of insulin resistance (IR) by measuring waist circumference were significantly higher in men than by body mass index or waist hip ratio. The sensitivity and the specificity of diagnosing IR by determination of triglyceride were also significantly higher than by reciprocal of high density lipoprotein-cholesterol, total choleste-rol, or low density lipoprotein-cholesterol. The results suggested hypertriglyceridemic waist was a reliable parameter in predicting IR. |
